La Nación atenderá a la construcción y financiación de las obras necesarias para evitar los deslizamientos que han venido sucediendose en el área urbana del Municipio de Caramanta (Antioquia), de acuerdo con el informe rendido por el geólogo enviado para estudiar tales deslizamientos por el Ministerio de Minas y Petróleos.
