El artículo 264 del Decreto-ley 1344 de 1970, será el siguiente:

Artículo 264. El salario mínimo a que se refiere esta Ley será el mínimo diario establecido para la ciudad de Bogotá. Anualmente el INTRA, mediante resolución convertirá a pesos las multas a que se refiere este Código aproximando las fracciones a la centena en pesos siguientes.
