º. Antes del día 5 de cada mes, el cuadro de registro correspondiente al mes anterior deberá ser introducido a la oficina de correo, para su remisión a la Dirección de Justicia. La introducción de los pliegos a la Oficina Postal se hará por el Secretario del Juzgado o Tribunal. De la omisión o demora en introducir los pliegos serán responsables el Secretario y el Juez o Magistrado. El Administrador de Correos certificará sobre la fecha de introducción y remitirá los cuadros por la vía más rápida.
