PRELACIÓN PRESTACIONES SOCIALES. Las dependencias de la Policía Nacional que ejerzan las funciones de control de presupuesto de la misma, darán en todo caso prelación a la efectividad del pago de las prestaciones sociales que se reconozcan como consecuencia de la muerte del causante, especialmente cuando ésta es consecuencia de actos del servicio, debiendo quedar incluidas en la vigencia fiscal con disponibilidad más próxima.
