En las obras de teatro, conferencias, congresos u otros eventos públicos se llevarán a cabo con intérpretes español-Lengua de Señas Colombiana y un guía intérprete o viceversa cuando un grupo de diez (10) o más sordos señantes y/o sordociegos lo soliciten.
