º El doble avalúo indicado en el artículo anterior, se llevará a cabo por tres peritos que nombrará y posesionará la respectiva Junta. Los peritos serán uno ingeniero, otro hacendado y otro abogado. En caso de desacuerdo, la Junta adoptará el medio de aritmético.
