Vigencia y derogatorias. El presente decreto rige a partir de la fecha de su publicación y adiciona los Capítulos 5 y 6 al Título 2 de la Parte 2 del Libro 2 del Decreto número 1833 de 2016, Decreto Único Reglamentario del Sistema General de Pensiones y deroga el inciso primero del parágrafo transitorio del artículo 16 del Decreto número 1225 de 2024 y las demás disposiciones que le sean contrarias.
