Articulo 38. Los administradores de aduanas y las autoridades sanitarias decomisaran los medicamentos, alimentos y cosméticos que no llenen las condiciones establecidas en el presente decreto, y, además, impondrán multas de cincuenta a doscientos pesos ($50 a $200). En caso de reincidencia de doscientos pesos a mil pesos ($200 a $1000).
