º . Aplicación al Banco de la República. Las operaciones de reporto o repo, simultáneas y de transferencia temporal de valores celebradas con el Banco de la República, cuando este actúe en su calidad de autoridad cambiaria, monetaria y crediticia, deberán cumplir exclusivamente con lo previsto en las disposiciones emitidas por la Junta Directiva del Banco de la República y las normas que las reglamenten.
