ARTICULO 128. El superior inmediato que incumpla con su deber disciplinario, o que maneje o distorsione la información requerida para el fallo, será responsable ante el Ministerio Público. Los Agentes del Ministerio Público podrán desplazar al funcionario responsable de la investigación, previa resolución motivada.
