Articulo 3º Sector administrativo . Para los efectos del otorgamiento de los estímulos de que trata el Decreto-Ley 1661 de 1991 se entiende por sector administrativo cada Ministerio o departamento administrativo con sus entidades adscritas o vinculadas.
