Para la construcción de la vivienda obrera el Municipio cederá directamente a los interesados los respectivos lotes que se hagan mediante urbanización planificada, teniendo un cuenta de preferencia las organizaciones cooperativas de construcción obrera que existan al momento de ejecutar los fines de la presente Ley.
