La porción que se reasigna de los ingresos provenientes de la venta de mercancías, vehículos y demás bienes declarados de contrabando, o de abandono destinados al Fondo Rotatorio de Aduanas, se utilizará exclusivamente para los mismos fines señalados en el artículo anterior.
