Traspaso . Cuando se requiera paz y salvo de las empresas de transporte terrestre automotor de carga para adelantar trámites ante los organismos de tránsito o para cambio de Empresa, el propietario del vehículo mediante prueba idónea demuestre que la empresa a la cual se encuentra vinculado le fue cancelada la licencia de funcionamiento o habilitación, se desconoce su domicilio o desaparezca sus instalaciones, el Ministerio de Transporte a través de las Direcciones Territoriales expedirá certificación la cual reemplazará al paz y salvo.
