° La partida de $ 30.000 apropiada en el Presupuesto vigente, en el capítulo 93, artículo 1351, y las que se liquiden en vigencias posteriores para dar cumplimiento a la Ley 93 de 1940, sobre conmemoración del segundo centenario de la fundación de la ciudad de Miraflores, en el Departamento de Boyacá, se entregarán a la junta especial creada por el Artículo 3° de dicha Ley, para que sean invertidas exclusivamente en las obras que ella determine.
