El Gobierno Nacional otorgará becas en los establecimientos de educación femenina existentes actualmente en el Departamento, y que están aprobados por el Gobierno, para señoritas oriundas de los Municipios de Sipí, Bojayá, Juradó y Alto Baudó, en razón de seis (6) becas por año.
