º . Otras formas de organización funcional. Cuando, atendiendo las necesidades, los intereses y las particularidades de los deportistas con discapacidad, la Federación Paraolímpica determine una forma de organización diferente a la regulada en el artículo 3º de este decreto, se sujetará a las disposiciones generales al respecto, contenidas en el Decreto-ley 1228 de 1995 en sus normas reglamentarias y a las especiales dispuestas en la presente norma que le sean aplicables.
