Las entidades oficiales podrán prestar los servicios de sus talleres de impresión a los partidos y agrupaciones registradas ante la Corte Electoral y a los candidatos al Congreso. Dichos servicios deberán ofrecerse en condiciones y precios que fijarán en Resolución motivada y pública los jefes de las respectivas entidades y que serán iguales para todos los que los soliciten.
