El seguimiento a los recursos financieros se hará a nivel de proyectos o rubros que se estén programando y/o ejecutando por parte de los diferentes actores y fuentes de financiación. Un referente de seguimiento es el componente específico para la paz del Plan Plurianual de Inversiones del Plan Nacional de Desarrollo en coherencia con el Plan Marco de Implementación.
