CONSTRUCCION Y DISEÑO DE SISTEMAS DE DESAGUE. Los sistemas de desague se deberán diseñar y construir de manera que permitan un rápido escurrimiento de los residuos líquidos, eviten obstrucciones, impidan el paso de gases y animales, de la red pública al interior de las edificaciones, no permitan el vaciamiento, escape de líquido o la formación de depósitos en el interior de las tuberías y, finalmente, eviten la polución del agua. Ningún desague tendrá conexión o interconexión con tanques y sistemas de agua potable.
