Las partidas de inscripción de que trata el Artículo 1° de este decreto, se publicarán en el Diario Oficial y en los Anales de la Instrucción pública y serán firmadas por el Ministro de Instrucción pública, el autor o quien lo represente, y el Oficial Mayor de dicho Ministerio. También serán publicadas las partidas de inscripción que se envíen de los Departamentos del Ministerio del Ramo.
