Modifícase el literal a) del numeral 1º del artículo 103 del Estatuto Orgánico del Sistema Financiero, el cual quedará así:
La identidad, la firma y la dirección de la persona que físicamente realice la transacción.
Cuando el registro se lleve en forma electrónica, no se requerirá la firma.
