Los infractores a las providencias que dicte el Gobierno en desarrollo de lo previsto en el artículo anterior, incurrirán en las mismas sanciones de que trata el Artículo 37 del presente Decreto, fuera del decomiso de las maderas o productos que extraigan de tales zonas.
