ARTICULO 94. Las solicitudes para comprometer vigencias futuras que se presenten al -Confis- deberán incluir los saldos de apropiación de la vigencia en curso para el rubro que van a afectar, y certificar que éstos se encuentran libres de afectación. Su manejo contable exige cuenta separada e incluirán además las proyecciones de asignación de recursos para los próximos años.
