Art. 1°. Créase una Comisión compuesta de tres miembros, de libre nombramiento del Gobierno, que se denominará Comisión de la Exposición de San Luis, con el objeto de que verifique todos los trabajos preparatorios para reunir, empacar y pagar los productos de todo género que deban ser presentados a la Exposición.
