La capitalización de la ganancia ocasional deberá efectuarse a más tardar dentro del término que tiene el contribuyente para presentar su declaración de renta correspondiente al período fiscal en que obtuvo la utilidad ocasional. Este término no incluye el de adición ni el de presentación extemporánea. En dicho caso, la inversión del costo fiscal se efectuará en el mismo lapso.
