Artículo treinta y siete . Certificaciones . Las certificaciones del ejercicio de los cargos de los miembros de la Junta Directiva o el Director Ejecutivo de la Corporación serán expedidas por el Secretario General del Departamento Nacional de Planeación. Las certificaciones referentes a los funcionarios y empleados de la Corporación las expedirá el Director de la Corporación o el funcionario en quien se delegue esta facultad.
