Del procedimiento correctivo y sancionatorio . Este procedimiento administrativo se regirá por lo dispuesto en el Capítulo III del Título III del Código de Procedimiento Administrativo y de lo Contencioso Administrativo. La Indagación preliminar tendrá una duración de hasta seis (6) meses y culminará con el archivo de las diligencias o la formulación de cargos.
