Nómbrase al doctor Jorge Pinzón Sánchez, identificado con la cédula de ciudadanía número 79144673 de Usaquén, actual Superintendente de Sociedades como Superintendente de Industria y Comercio ad hoc , para que tramite y resuelva el recurso de reposición interpuesto contra la Resolución 19354 del 8 de junio de 2001, proferida por el Superintendente de Industria y Comercio, a través de la cual se objetó la integración empresarial entre las sociedades comerciales Aerovías Nacionales de Colombia S. A., Avianca S. A. y Aerolíneas Centrales de Colombia S. A., ACES S. A.
