º . Edad mínima para el contrato de aprendizaje . El contrato de aprendizaje podrá ser celebrado por personas mayores de 14 años que hayan completado sus estudios primarios o demuestren poseer conocimientos equivalentes a ellos, es decir saber leer y escribir, sin que exista otro límite de edad diferente del mencionado, como lo señala el artículo 2º de la Ley 188 de 1959.
