Reajustar a partir del 1º de enero de 2024 en diez punto ochenta y ocho por ciento (10.88%) las escalas salariales que regulan la remuneración mensual y asignaciones básicas mensuales de los funcionarios y empleados de la Rama Judicial, de la Procuraduría General de la Nación y de la Defensoría del Pueblo señaladas en los Decretos números 186, 194, 196 y 1239 de 2014, modificados por los Decretos 1257 de 2015, 245 de 2016, 1013 de 2017, 337 y 1498 de 2018, 991 de 2019, 299 de 2020, 982 de 2021, 456 de 2022 y 907 de 2023.
