º . Funciones del superintendente de valores . De conformidad con el artículo 25 del Decreto 2739 de 1991 el Superintendente de Valores ejercerá las funciones a que hacen referencia los o ordinales 1º a 14, 16, 19, 21 a 28, 36, 37, 39 y 40 del artículo 3º del Decreto 2739 de 1991. Las funciones que por el presente Decreto se delegan en los Superintendentes Delegados de la Superintendencia de Valores podrán ser ejercidas en cualquier tiempo por el Superintendente de Valores, evento en el cual el correspondiente Superintendente Delegado no podrá ejercer la respectiva función. Igualmente, lo dispuesto en los artículos anteriores se entiende sin perjuicio de la Facultad conferida al Superintendente de Valores por el ordinal d) del artículo 5º del Decreto 2739 de 1991.
