Los recaudadores de la Cuota de Fomento Hortifrutícola deberán mantener los dineros recaudados en una cuenta separada de la que utilicen para el giro ordinario de sus negocios y están obligados a depositarlos en el Fondo Nacional de Fomento Hortifrutícola, dentro del siguiente mes calendario al de su recaudo.
