º. Con el fin de garantizar la continuidad en la prestación de los servicios públicos, y en especial, los relativos a educación y salud, y con ocasión de la liquidación del contrato a que hace referencia el artículo 2º del presente Decreto, los activos de la concesión que actualmente se encuentran afectados a la prestación de un servicio público, deberán ser transferidos por parte del IFI, a las autoridades competentes.
