Si el interesado en la solicitud acepta el PTO elaborado por la autoridad minera delegada, se procederá dentro de los treinta (30) días siguientes a suscribir Contrato de Concesión para Explotación Minera en el formato único de minuta que para el efecto adopte el Ministerio de Minas y Energía.
