Artículo quinto. Las corporaciones de ahorro y vivienda se constituyen como sociedades por acciones cuyo funcionamiento se rige por sus normas especiales. En lo no previsto en ellas les son aplicables las disposiciones que rigen para los establecimientos bancarios, y en su defecto, las relativas a las sociedades anónimas.
