En caso de disolución y liquidación del Circulo de Suboficiales de las Fuerzas Militares el patrimonio de dicha institución pasará a la Nación Ministerio de Defensa Nacional, para que esta entidad lo incluya dentro de sus inventarios con destino a recreación y bienestar de los Suboficiales de las Fuerzas Militares afiliados.
