En la restricción de estupefacientes se llevara un registro de toxicómanos que contendrá todos aquellos datos necesarios para apreciar, en cualquier momento, la progresión o regresión de este daño en el territorio de Colombia. Servirán de dosis extra terapéuticas; los datos que faciliten los organismos sanitarios departamentales; las informaciones de policía y de las que se reciban por intercambio de la cooperación internacional.
