De las medidas sanitarias preventivas . Los anteriores procedimientos serán aplicables, en lo pertinente, cuando se trate de la imposición de las medidas sanitarias preventivas, a que se refiere el artículo 591 de la Ley 09 de 1979. Podrá aplicarse además como medida preventiva el aislamiento de personas el cual consiste en relevar de sus funciones a las personas encargadas de la manipulación de alimentos que sean encontradas sospechosas o portadoras de enfermedades transmisibles, hasta cuando sus condiciones de salud, según dictamen médico sean satisfactorias.
