De los servidores públicos. El Gerente de la Caja Nacional de Previsión Social Cajanal empresa industrial y comercial del Estado, determinará cuáles servidores públicos pasarán a Cajanal S. A. EPS. Los trabajadores oficiales continuarán con sus contratos laborales, en las mismas condiciones en las que fueron suscritos y los empleados públicos serán vinculados en los términos establecidos en las normas vigentes.
