Art. 5. ° Establécense Secretarías de Instrucción Pública departamentales, que reemplazaran las Inspecciones generales del Ramo.

Cada Secretario gozará de la asignación de doscientos pesos ($ 200) mensuales, a cargo del Tesoro nacional, y tendrá, además de los empleados que determinen las respectivas Asambleas, los dos oficiales escribientes que corresponden hoy a las Inspecciones generales.
