Art. 11. Las informaciones de que trata el artículo 1.° serán autenticadas por el Gobernador, Presidente ó Jefe civil y militar del Estado respectivo, quien informará, al hacer la autenticación, sobre la verdad del hecho de la explotación continua por un año de la fuente ó fuentes saladas de que se pida el título, así como de los demás hechos en que debe fundarse la petición.
