El servicio de ganadería en cuanto esté seguro de la presencia de epizootia en ganados de una o varias zonas del país, en forma que puedan afectar la salud de los consumidores, prevendrá al público de la anomalía y solicitará del Ministerio de Trabajo, Higiene y Previsión Social, las providencias a que debe someterse el consumo de carnes y de leches en las zonas afectadas.
