Artículo 321. §.° 3.°Para el sostenimiento Gastos varios del Colegio Balboa establecido en la ciudad de Panamá, á $ 15,500 anuales, en el bienio $31,000 Dado en Madrid (Departamento de Cundinamarca), á 30 de Septiembre de 1893.
