Solicitud de inscripción . A partir de la convocatoria efectuada por la Superintendencia de Sociedades, quien cumpla con los requisitos previstos en este capítulo, podrá solicitar su inscripción ante la Superintendencia de Sociedades o en las oficinas de sus intendencias regionales. El interesado diligenciará el formulario elaborado por la Superintendencia.

Parágrafo

La solicitud de inscripción se entenderá presentada bajo la gravedad del juramento. (Decreto 1730 de 2009, artículo 17)
