°. Plazo y forma de pago . Para efectos de la aplicación del orden transitorio de imputación de pagos, el valor total del impuesto, anticipo o retención deberá encontrarse cancelado a más tardar el 30 de abril de 2004, en dinero efectivo, tarjeta de crédito que administre la entidad financiera, cheque de gerencia o cheque girado sobre la misma plaza de la oficina que lo recibe y únicamente a la orden de la entidad financiera receptora, o mediante transferencia electrónica, bajo la responsabilidad de la entidad autorizada para recaudar.
