Siempre que se verifique un peso para saber si resulta mayor o menor que el expresado en la guía de tránsito, se descontarán las mermas que racionalmente obedezcan a causas naturales; pero en caso de diferencia proveniente de desigualdad en las pesas o de errores cometidos en la expedición de las guías, estas circunstancias deben comprobarse plenamente por quien las alega.
