Fianza. Los Oficiales y Suboficiales de las Fuerzas Militares que por razón de las funciones que les sean encomendadas deban constituir fianza, tendrán derecho a que el Tesoro Público les reconozca el valor de la prima que por la garantía correspondiente cobre la entidad aseguradora.
