Articulo 16. Tales deducciones no son acumulables, y deberán solicitarse ante la Administración de Hacienda Nacional del Departamento del Valle dentro de los 30 días siguientes a la fecha en que la "Junta Informadora de Daños y Perjuicios" expida el correspondiente certificado de acuerdo con lo previsto en el presente Decreto.
