Los deudores de obligaciones que reúnan las condiciones y requisitos del artículo anterior y que deseen registrarlas en el mercado intermedio, deberán formular una solicitud por escrito a la División de Registro de Cambios de la Superintendencia de Comercio Exterior y acompañar pruebas suficientes que acrediten el lleno de las mencionadas condiciones y requisitos, así como también el formulario o formularios que se prescriban.
